PICARRE is a café that offers a gourmet line of specialty dishes, all prepared with premium ingredients, but at affordable prices. The name Picarre is derived from the Italian word “piquer,” which means “to excite or stimulate curiosity".

ESTABLISHED IN THE YEAR 2000, Picarre opened its doors to Baguio residents and visitors as a lobby café in Cooyeesan Hotel Plaza, along Naguilian Road. We introduced authentic French crepes in Baguio, and developed the taste for real Italian pasta. Along with pasta and crepes, we offer a line of specialty hot and cold coffee preparations. Later on, we expanded our line to include some rice/executive meals and sandwiches. We cater to a wide range of preferences, as our offerings delight children to teen-agers, students to professionals, parents to retirees. In 2003, we moved to a better location along Session Road, to Porta Vaga Commercial Building. We innovated on our existing cuisine, by creating even more pasta dishes, and introducing a full line of pastries. Picarre has built a name for itself in Baguio. Known for fine and authentic specialty food within reach of our customers, and a comforting and cozy ambiance, we continue to innovate and ensure that our offerings are always of the highest quality, and satisfy the cravings of our customers.

Late 2003, we were invited to establish a branch in the new SM City Baguio. The new location has a veranda with a view of the city and lush pines. With this move, we reflect a Picarre which is now not only known for quality bites and brew, but also an experience that relaxes and excites. Make us your stop!
